- Accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the General Terms of Service will not qualify for the money back guarantee.For Eg. if an account posting illegal or unappropriate content, then the client will not be eligible for The money back program under any circumstances.
- Cancellation must be informed to us only through E-Mail within 30 days.
- Services offered by 3rd party like Domain and Hosting charges are Non- Refundable.
- Service add-ons such as "CMS ", "Blogs", and "Forums" and CGI based Forms are non-refundable.
- Initial setup fees are also non refundable
- All the money will be transferred only through Pay Pal for security reasons. So clients are required to set up a free Pay Pal Account in order to recieve the payments under this program.
- Refunds issued through Pay Pal may take up to 5-7 working days. However if the refund is unsuccessful due to some processing errors, a refund by check may be issued
- Refunds by check may take up to 2-4 weeks depending on the services available in your area.
